Report an intimate image of you, and content harmful to children (web and app). Anyone pictured in an intimate image shared without their consent, or someone acting for them, can now report it from the report button or the Online Safety page. It's hidden straight away, along with any copies of it on the same wedding, and removed within 48 hours. There's also a new "harmful to children" report option, which goes to the Wedsy team as well as the couple. People who leave an email address when reporting get a confirmation with a reference and what happens next, and can stop further emails about it with one click.

Report guest photos and notes, and a new Online Safety page (web and app). Guest photos and guestbook notes on wedding websites and the guest hub now have a small flag button for reporting them, as the app already did. The app's report options, which also cover song requests, now include "Illegal content". Reports of illegal content hide the item straight away and go to the Wedsy team as well as the couple; other reports still go to the couple as before. The new Online Safety page (wedsy.app/safety) explains how guest content is kept safe and lets anyone report illegal content, make a complaint or appeal a decision without an account. The Terms of Service now set out what can't be shared and how reports, complaints and appeals are handled.

Large text overlays on stationery (web). In the stationery designer, Layout & Art > Text overlay lays big, see-through lettering across your background, like an angled script "Thank You" over a photo from the day. You choose the words, one of six new handwritten and calligraphy fonts, regular, bold or heavy lettering, and the size, angle, opacity, position and colour, including gold, rose gold, silver and copper metallic finishes (a printed foil look), and an outline in any colour or hollow outline-only letters. One click hides the rest of the wording so the front is just your photo and the lettering, leaving the back free for a handwritten note. The overlay shows on the emailed card, the guest card page and the print PDF.

Warning for low-resolution backgrounds (web). The stationery designer now warns you when a background photo is too small to print sharply at the size and zoom you've chosen, and suggests how many pixels wide the original should be. Sneak-peek and social media copies of photos are usually too small, so use the full-size file from your photographer.

Save your own rooms and reuse them (web). In the Build the venue menu, choose "Save this room to my library…" to keep a room's walls, doors and fixtures and its size — without the tables, guests or venue image. Then pick it from "Standard room or marquee…" under My saved rooms to place it in any plan. Your saved rooms are private to you; you can keep up to 50.

A curated catalogue of standard rooms, alongside your own (web). "Standard room or marquee…" now also has a Catalogue section, grouped by category, of rooms the Wedsy team has added for everyone to use — separate from your own saved rooms and read-only to you.

Standard rooms and marquees for your floor plan (web). In the Build the venue menu, choose "Standard room or marquee…" to start from a typical size — frame marquees from 6 × 6 m to 15 × 30 m in 3 m bays, plus a small hall, medium hall, barn and ballroom. Each is placed as a room with an entrance and fire exits already in position, and comes with a rough dinner capacity. Sizes are typical rather than any supplier's exact dimensions, so measure your own venue and adjust the corners.

Two-way notes on a supplier's floor-plan link (web). Share a floor plan with a venue, caterer or band, and they can leave a note without an account — a question, a request to move something — right from the link. You see it and can reply from Share a link… in the floor plan, where every supplier link's notes sit in one thread.

Comments on tables (web). Select a table on the floor plan and use the new Comments section to leave notes for your partner or planner, reply, and mark them resolved — for example "move nearer the bar?". Restoring a saved version keeps table comments, and brings back the comments on tables it recreates. Tables with unresolved comments show a small count on the floor plan, so nothing waiting for an answer gets missed.

Saved versions of your seating plan (web). Tools > Saved versions lets you save the floor plan and seating as it is now, give it a name, and put it back later — the room, the tables and who sits where. Restoring first saves the current state, so a restore can always be undone. Guests removed since the version was saved are simply left out.

Save your floor plan as an SVG (web). A new toolbar button downloads the floor plan as a vector SVG file you can open in a design tool or print at any size. Your venue plan image isn't included.

Print your floor plan to scale (web). The export menu can now produce a floor plan PDF at 1:100 on A3 or 1:50 on A2, with a scale bar, so a venue or supplier can measure straight off the page. If your plan is too big for that scale on that paper, it is fitted to the page and clearly marked as not to scale.

Layouts for events and conferences (web, iOS app). The floor plan has a new Events & Conferences group of items — podium, projector screen, AV desk, registration desk, coat check, poster board, exhibitor booth and first-aid point — so you can lay out a talk, exhibition or corporate evening as well as a wedding. They appear on the web plan and in the app, and count as obstacles in the safety checks.

Scale your venue plan to real distances (web). After uploading your venue's floor plan image, choose "Calibrate venue plan scale" from the Build the venue menu, click two points whose real distance you know (such as the ends of a wall printed on the plan) and enter that distance. The image is resized so tables and rooms you draw on top match the venue's true dimensions.

Feet and inches on the floor plan (web). A new m / ft button in the floor plan toolbar switches wall lengths and room sizes between metres and feet-and-inches, and you can type lengths either way, such as 10ft 6in or 3.2m. Your choice is remembered on this device.

Safety checks on your floor plan (web). The floor plan insights now also check the number of people, the exits and the way out: they flag a plan that seats more than the venue's licensed capacity (you can enter it in the room settings), too few or too narrow exits for the numbers, tables with no way to an exit, and tables a long way from one. They're planning aids only — your venue's fire risk assessment and licence always take priority.

Messages from the Support page now reach the support team's tracked inbox, and you can reply to our answers (web). Messages sent from wedsy.app/support used to arrive only as an email, so they could be missed and weren't followed up automatically. Each one is now logged as a support request, with or without an account. When we reply, the email includes a link to the conversation where you can answer, no sign-in needed. If you're signed in, your name and email are filled in for you and the request also appears in your Help centre.

Who runs Wedsy (web). The Privacy Policy, Terms and site footer now name the company that operates Wedsy, Dorset Pottery Limited.

Clearer Privacy Policy (web). The policy now says plainly that children can appear on guest lists and use guest pages, how sensitive notes such as dietary and accessibility needs are handled, how long deleted data can remain in backups (up to 13 months), and how to complain about our use of your data. It also lists the AI providers we actually use.

Confirm whose photo you upload for try-on (web). Before you can add a try-on portrait, you now tick a short confirmation that it is a photo of you, or of someone who has agreed, and that it will be sent to our AI image provider for the try-on only. It is never used to identify anyone or to train a model.

Agreeing to the Terms when you sign up (web). Creating an account now asks you to tick that you agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy, and the Apple and Google buttons say the same. Wedsy keeps a record of which version you agreed to. Existing accounts will see a short "We've updated our Terms" notice when the updated Terms take effect; you can dismiss it and carry on.

Wedding websites no longer contact Google until you tap the map (web). Wedding websites, RSVP pages and the guest hub now serve their fonts from Wedsy itself, and the accommodation map only loads when a guest taps "Show map". Nothing changes in how the pages look, but guests' IP addresses are no longer shared with Google just by opening a page.

Video guestbook messages wait for the couple's approval (web). Video isn't checked automatically like photos are, so video messages now appear once the couple has approved them in Moderation. Photos showing self-harm are now also held back automatically.

Guests are told their photos are safety-checked (web and app). Wherever guests share photos (the wedding website, the guest hub, the guestbook and the guest app), a short note now explains that photos are automatically checked for unsafe content and that anything flagged is held for the couple to review, with a link to the privacy policy. If a guest's photo is held, the message now says it will appear once the couple has reviewed it, rather than suggesting it's already up. The privacy policy has a new section explaining the check: it looks only for unsafe content and never identifies or recognises anyone.

The guest concierge stays on topic (web and app). The wedding concierge that guests chat with on the wedding website and in the guest app now politely declines requests that have nothing to do with the wedding, like homework or attempts to make it ignore its instructions, and keeps answering questions about the day, the venue, travel and accommodation as before.

Smarter, faster auto-seating (web). Auto-seat now takes a second look at its own plan and swaps guests between tables when that gives a better mix, and it tries to sit guests who chose the same meal together so serving is easier. Guests are placed in one go instead of one at a time, so a large guest list no longer takes ages, and your previous seating is saved first, so an unwanted result can be undone from Tools > Saved versions.

Faster seating suggestions with the AI helper (web). Describing your seating rules to Wedsy on a big guest list is quicker and cheaper: only the guests you name are looked up.

More of the floor plan can be undone (web). Undo and redo now cover changing a table's seats, renaming it, locking or unlocking it, choosing your top table (undoing restores the previous top table), and adding or removing rooms and walls, resizing the room (together with the walls that followed it), adding a table, and deleting one — undoing a delete brings the table back with its guests, size and tablecloth — as well as moving, resizing and rotating.

Mood board saves are quicker, and double-clicking delete no longer shows an error (web and app). Adding, editing or removing a pin no longer waits for Wedsy to update your vision summary, which could take several seconds and made the save look stuck. The summary now updates in the background. Clicking delete twice on a pin no longer shows an error for a delete that worked.

Support requests are deleted on schedule (web). Support requests are now deleted two years after their last activity. Requests sent from the Support page without signing in are also deleted when you delete an account with the same email address. The Privacy Policy sets this out.

Adding iPhone photos to your mood board works again (iOS app). Photos from an iPhone's library were being turned away, so adding a pin with a photo failed every time. They now upload as normal, as do photos added to fashion looks, your website and your cover. If an upload does fail, you now see a plain explanation instead of a technical error.

Turning off Wedsy AI now actually turns it off (web). In Settings, setting AI assistance to "None" used to only hide the AI chat bubble — the assistant, its background suggestions and the mood board's "Discover" ideas could still be reached directly. They're now properly disabled for your wedding. AI features you open yourself, like quote drafting, stationery or seating suggestions, are unaffected.

Floor-plan tips no longer look AI-generated when they aren't (web). Seating insight tips based on your floor plan's layout — not AI — used to share the same look as Wedsy's AI suggestions, which could make them seem AI-generated. They now show with a plain, neutral icon.

Card borders in the print PDF (web). Borders now appear in the PDF exactly as in the designer: the same size and position, with solid, dashed and double styles and rounded corners. Before, the frame was drawn mostly off the bottom of the page.

Sharper stationery image exports (web). Downloading a design as a 300 or 450 DPI PNG now gives the full card at print resolution. Before, it was often softened, and on smaller screens the card came out shrunk into one corner of the image.

Suggest seating can no longer leave your plan half-cleared (web). Re-seating your existing tables used to empty them first and then seat guests in separate steps, so a failure part-way could leave everyone unseated. The clearing and the seating now happen together or not at all, and the top table's guests are left untouched.

Duplicated floor plans keep their table sizes and tablecloths (web). Copying a plan used to reset every resized table and every tablecloth choice to the defaults. The copy now matches the original.

Two people editing one floor plan no longer overwrite each other (web). If someone else changes the room, the walls or a table (its position, size, name, seats, lock or top-table setting) while you have the plan open, your next change to it is held back and a message offers to reload their version or keep yours, instead of silently wiping their work.

Editing a very long wall (web). Editing the length of a wall that is 20 metres or longer in the floor plan could shrink it to 20 centimetres, because the box filled in the length without its unit. It now includes the unit.

Floor plan PDF shows every item (web). The floor plan PDF left out anything from the newer categories — back bars, ceremony arches and chairs, florals, lounge sofas, fire pits and more — so a plan could print with gaps. Everything you place now appears.

One top table in the free table plan maker (web). Choosing a new top table in the table plan maker could leave two tables marked as top when you saved your plan. Now only the latest one keeps the crown.

Old Prismm page links go home. Links to the retired page about moving from Prismm now go to the home page instead of the sign-in page.
